Even if Internet and TV is included at your community, you must subscribe to activate service.

• You will need your apartment address to begin subscription process.
• After your subscription has been submitted, it will be sent for processing. Once completed, you will receive an email or SMS. If you subscribed within two days prior to your move-in date service will be on at move-in. 

Standard receivers:  month-to-month, cancel anytime

Premium Receivers: 12 months (DVR, HD, HD-DVR, Genie, Genie Mini)
Early termination:  $20 per month for remaining months left in your 12 month agreement.

We recommend a standard receiver for 6-month leases
This is the only receiver that does not require a 12-month contract

• Premium receivers (HD, DVR, HD/DVR) have a 12-month contract, only keeping this option for 6 months would result in an Early Cancellation Fee of $20 for the 6 months left on contract.

All receivers feature:

• All-digital picture and sound.
• Stay on top of all the game scores with ScoreGuide
• Parental Controls.
• New DIRECTV customers are eligible for special receiver promotions.

Record your favorite shows and movies and pause and rewind live TV.

• Set your DVR with your cell phone or computer.
• Automatically record episodes of your favorite shows – even if the date or time changes.
• Record first run, repeats or both.
• These receivers require a 12 month contract.

You will need one receiver for each TV you want programming on.
This will include your remote, batteries and standard cables.

How to get your equipment.

You will receive:

 A Composite TV cable
Connects from your receiver to your TV

A Coaxial TV cable
Connects from your wall to your receiver 

For the best picture quality, we recommend upgrading to an HDMI cable.

All non-standard receives require a 12-month commitment, have monthly fees and are subject to lease terms. If you live in The Rocks apartments your lease covers 1 HD receiver & 1 additional standard receiver.
