    Once connect with a Spartan Net employee, they will take your credit card information and apply payment to your account.

  • Access my Spartan Net account

    To manage billing information & payment methods:

    • Login to your Spartan Net My Account
    • Click the Billing tab on the left navigation bar
    • Select “Add Payment Method” to add a payment method.
    • You have access to view your payment history & make payments.

    To recover Spartan Net ‘My Account’ username or password:

    • Visit the Spartan Net website
    • Click ‘My Account'
    • Click the forgot username or forgot password link

    If you haven’t, first activate your DIRECTV account.

  • Where can I find my DIRECTV account number?

    Your DIRECTV account number can be found:

    • On the receipt provided with your DIRECTV equipment during pick-up or install
    • By logging into your Spartan Net My Account and clicking the DIRECTV tab
    • Displayed on your DIRECTV bills
    • If you still need help, contact the Spartan Net office.

  • Why am I getting a DIRECTV bill?

    Even if included in your rent, DIRECTV service upgrades such as premium receivers and package upgrades are invoiced and paid to DIRECTV.  New subscribers are eligible for special receiver discounts.

    Common DIRECTV charges you may see on your bill:

    • Receiver Fees
    • Monthly HD fee
    • Monthly premium receiver fees (DVR, HD, HD-DVR, Genie, Genie Mini)
    • Premium Equipment fees if you did not qualify as a new DIRECTV subscriber

    Upgrade Fees

    • Base channel package Upgrades
    • Premium channels like HBO and Showtime
    • NFL Sunday Ticket subscription after trial ends.
    • International Programming
    • On Demand paid movies

    • Log in to your DIRECTV account to view and manage billing. Add and remove channels and receivers.

    See if it’s a Spartan Net powered community and transfer service. If you're an existing customer and have decided where you want to live, log in to your My Account and transfer service.

    Moving to a community with Spartan Net

    My future location does not offer Spartan Net

    Login to your Spartan Net My Account:

    • Click ‘Transfer’
    • Select a package at your new location.
    • Add or remove services
       

    What else to do:
    Take your equipment with you and save on new equipment fees. Service will be activated at your new location on your move-in date.

     

    To transfer my service to another location:

    • Call DIRECTV at (877) 616-MOVE to speak to a Movers specialist.
    • DIRECTV determines equipment needs and schedules an appointment for installation.

  • I'm renewing my lease

    It’s easy to continue your service with us.  Setup auto renew or renew manually.

    To ease the process, you can select automatic renewal of your services.

    • Login to  Spartan Net My Account
    • In the right hand column, click ‘Planning on staying? Setup Auto Renewal’
    • Select the ‘Turn on’ check box

    Manual Renewal instructions

    • Login to Spartan Net My Account
    • Click ‘renew’ to continue your Spartan Net and DIRECTV services.
    • Select your new package
    • Add or remove services
    • Purchase optional equipment

            We will notify you by email when your account is within 60 days of expiration.

     

  • I need to cancel service

    We want you to stay! But we make canceling service as easy as possible.

    How to Cancel

    Login to Spartan Net My Account

    1. Click the orders tab on left side of page.
    2. Click ‘Cancel’. Service will be disconnected on the date provided.

    You can move DIRECTV to your next address using the Movers Program even if it’s not a location serviced by Spartan Net.

    Login to your DIRECTV account or contact DIRECTV and cancel your account 855-333-0032 or we can assist you with DIRECTV cancellation at our office 517-203-3096.

    Premium Receivers (DVR, HD, HD-DVR, Genie, Genie Mini) include a 12-month agreement subject to early termination fee of $20 for each month remaining in your 12-month agreement. Standard receivers are month-to-month, cancel anytime.
