    Transferring Service is easy!

    Moving to a community with Spartan Net

    My future location does not offer Spartan Net

    Login to your Spartan Net My Account:

    • Click ‘Transfer’
    • Select a package at your new location.
    • Add or remove services
       

    What else to do:
    Take your equipment with you and save on new equipment fees. Service will be activated at your new location on your move-in date.

     

    To transfer my service to another location:

    • Call DIRECTV at (877) 616-MOVE to speak to a Movers specialist.
    • DIRECTV determines equipment needs and schedules an appointment for installation.

    What else to do:
    Take your TV equipment with you and save on new equipment fees

  • I'm renewing my lease

    It’s easy to continue your service with us.  Setup auto renew or renew manually.

    Auto Renew Option
    To ease the process, you can select automatic renewal of your services.

    • Login to  Spartan Net My Account
    • In the right hand column, click ‘Planning on staying? Setup Auto Renewal’
    • Select the ‘Turn on’ check box

    Manual Renewal instructions

    • Login to Spartan Net My Account
    • Click ‘renew’ to continue your Spartan Net and DIRECTV services.
    • Select your new package
    • Add or remove services
    • Purchase optional equipment

            We will notify you by email when your account is within 60 days of expiration.

     

  • I need to cancel service

    We want you to stay! But we make canceling service as easy as possible.

    How to Cancel

    Login to Spartan Net My Account

    1. Click the orders tab on left side of page.
    2. Click ‘Cancel’. Service will be disconnected on the date provided.

    You can move DIRECTV to your next address using the Movers Program even if it’s not a location serviced by Spartan Net.

    Login to your DIRECTV account or contact DIRECTV and cancel your account 855-333-0032 or we can assist you with DIRECTV cancellation at our office 517-203-3096.

    Premium Receivers (DVR, HD, HD-DVR, Genie, Genie Mini) include a 12-month agreement subject to early termination fee of $20 for each month remaining in your 12-month agreement. Standard receivers are month-to-month, cancel anytime.
